We offer a “FREE” home delivery service on all furniture packages
to UK Mainland addresses.
There may be additional charges for some products and/or UK destinations but this
will be advised when your order is confirmed. Lodge can currently only accept orders
through our website for delivery to UK mainland addresses.
The delivery times shown on this site are based on average delivery times for individual
products and as such are estimated. All delivery lead times are given to the best
of our knowledge at the time of ordering. We will do our utmost to ensure goods
are delivered within the stated date, however, we cannot accept responsibility due
to circumstances beyond our control.
As soon as your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your
order details and an email confirming your delivery information. Prior to delivery
our distribution centre will telephone you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery
date with an approximate time of delivery. Specific delivery times and days cannot
be agreed at anytime in the order process. For security purposes we require a signature
on delivery. If you are unable to sign for your goods in person, we would ask that
you arrange for a responsible adult to be present on your behalf. We cannot arrange
delivery unless any outstanding balance of payment is paid prior to delivery or
finance has been previously agreed.
Delivery Services:
Essential checks before ordering:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the Upholstery and Furniture Products you
have ordered will fit into your home and that there is sufficient access for our
delivery lorry to reach the delivery address.
Essential checks on delivery:
An adult must be available at the address to carefully check the unwrapped product,
sign and acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. Please report
any defects immediately upon delivery to Customer Services. For Self-Assembly Products,
you are only required to sign for the packaged goods received.
Access to the home:
The delivery crew will not attempt delivery if there are health and safety issues
or where damage to your property may occur nor will they remove doors and windows.
If no one is available to accept delivery, we will charge you £75.00 per additional
or attempted delivery. Where the item/s ordered will not fit into your home, in
addition to any cancellation fee incurred, we will charge you a non-refundable removal
fee of £50.00 per single item and £75.00 total for more than one item.

Lodge offer a free delivery services for all furniture package deliveries within

Delivery charges for single furniture items:
There is a minimum delivery charge of £50.00 for single item orders for delivery
to addresses within Mainland UK.
Special circumstances:
An additional delivery charge maybe payable for deliveries above first floor levels
where a working lift is not operational or any other exceptional circumstances apply.
The additional delivery charge will depend on the circumstances and will be assessed
on its own merit. Please advise our staff if you have any special circumstances
so we can assess whether an additional delivery charge maybe applicable at the time
you place your order or as soon as possible thereafter. For prices and availability

* Deliveries requiring special arrangements can sometimes be made, but will be at
an additional cost to you.
Delivery times:
We will do our very best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible and will
notify you of estimated delivery times in an email within 24 hours of placement
of order.

We aim to deliver all orders within 28 working days. If we are unable to meet the
28-day deadline, we will proceed with your order only if you are in agreement that
this is acceptable.
Storage:
Storage charges will be applied where we are obliged to retain items for a period
in excess of 14 days following the first offered delivery date to you.
Packaging:
To protect the integrity of your furniture and ensure it arrives safely to your
home, we exceed industry standards; pressure treated foam and crush-tested cardboard
packaging provide a protective shield on all surfaces, while wooden skids on legs
add structural strength during transit.
